Since 1264, the Feast of Corpus Christi is celebrated on the Thursday following the Solemnity of the Holy Trinity. Catholics across the world will commemorate this day with a Eucharistic procession through their city. If your parish doesn’t do this, consider finding one to join or organizing one yourself! Find instructions on how to organize a Eucharistic procession here – http://www.therealpresence.org/eucharst/pea/cchristi.htm.
“Do not be afraid to go out on the streets and into public places like the first apostles in order to take up the challenge of making Christ known in the modern metropolis.” – St. John Paul II
