Indispensable Love For Family

The love that is indispensable for family is for their salvation, spiritually and temporally. Doing that is loving them and what Christians how we are called to love. Confusion in family members leading you to sin comes from idea that loving someone means spending a significant amount of time with them. You can love them dearly even from far away. If a family member is causing you to sin directly by their actions or our reactions, the obligation of being close to our family can be taken away depending on degree of sin and closeness of occasion of sin.
