How can playing with Legos serve God? I find it amazing when a person can take a talent that seemingly has nothing to do with God and find a way to use it to bring Him glory.Knowing the amount of time that it takes to create each of these scenes makes it even more inspiring that people took the time to create these videos. “
“So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.” 1 Corinthians 10:31
These videos can be very useful in ministry to children and youth. Anything that has to do with Lego seems to draw an immediate interest from kids (and even a lot of adults!). Many of these stories we have all heard before, but told in a new way will help us to think about the story differently. Use our discussion questions below to help facilitate a conversation.

If you have a child or work with children that love Legos, be sure to check out these other resources:
Catholic Lego Challenge – Presents a challenge each month for kids to create something out of Lego that also helps them learn about the faith. Past challenges have been St. George, the Prodigal Son, and Pentecost.
One resource that I do not recommend is The Brick Bible which is a book that uses Legos to tell Bible stories. Though the concept behind this idea is wonderful, many of the scenes depicted are not accurate and not appropriate for children. You can listen to a review from New Catholic Generation to decide for yourself, but this is one book that I have taken away from my kids.
Father Leopold Lego Mass Set – My boys have loved this customized Lego set. It is perfect for playing Mass and Lego!
