Today’s video was inspired by the Todd Alcott poem, Television. Going on around us is an absolutely colossal struggle for your attention. The contents offered, in the end, matter little. The main goal is the eyes (or clicks in the case of the internet).
Some think that the eyes are connected to the brain; I would say that our eyes are connected to the heart. Were we look is where we love. Where we love, there we look. For this reason, if you wish to make an examination of your life, ask yourself: what have I paid attention to most this year?
Have you thought out some New Year’s resolutions? What about committing yourself to spending less time in front of the TV, or the computer screen, and more time with others, more time serving, more time in prayer?

Okay. So we have an agreement. You will do what
you absolutely need to do, and when you’re
done, you will come back and look at me.
Don’t worry about your schedule. I am here for you.
