St. Bonaventure

Saint Bonaventure lived from 1221 – 15 July 1274). His given name was Giovanni di Fidanza, and he was an Italian medieval Franciscan, scholastic theologian and philosopher. His canonization was on April 14, 1482 and was later declared a Doctor of the Church. Feast Day: July 15 Patron: bowel disorders
