64 Books Every Catholic School Library Should Have

by Books | Our Favorite Catholic Books To Read, Family, January

Does your child’s Catholic school have a Catholic library? You’d be surprised at what books you can find on the shelves of Catholic schools across the country. Talk to your school librarian to make sure that your school’s books are carefully curated and selected.

More and more I’m finding children’s literature that is full of ideas that go against the Catholic faith. My own eyes were opened to this when my third grader came home with a book from the popular “Who Was” series that discussed the sexual orientation of a historical figure. We cannot blindly allow our children to read just anything these days.  Let’s commit to choosing reading materials full of value, virtue, and faith that will lead our children to discover who God is and what Jesus has done for them!

Catholic-Link presents a few of our favorite Catholic children’s books that we feel every Catholic school library should make available to students.
