While At A National Shrine, Monica Potter Tells Reporter She Once Wanted To Be A Nun

Monica Potter, well-known actress and entrepreneur, was invited by a Cleveland news station to showcase her favorite locations around the city that she grew up in.  Ms. Potter’s first stop was Our Lady of Lourdes National Shrine. The former cast member of Parenthood shared about her Catholic upbringing and even revealed that as a child she wanted to be a nun!

During the visit, Ms. Potter shares about how the Shrine is a part of who she is and that being there brings her a sense of comfort. Isn’t amazing how being in the presence of Our Blessed Mother and the Holy Trinity does that? Though I don’t know much about Ms. Potter’s personal or faith life, I hope and pray that her visit to Our Lady of Lourdes Shrine in Euclid, Ohio will inspire many others to visit there as well.
