The Secret Life of Unborn Babies Revealed

by Abortion, Pro-Life, Value of Human Life

Today’s video helps us to see that the argument in favor of abortion which carries with it the presupposition that a fetus isn’t a human person is one that requires a big leap of faith.  There is so much going on in the life of unborn babies, much more than we previously realized or thought.

“Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.”  Jeremiah 1:5

Do you pray daily for the lives of unborn babies? These little souls need our intercession and prayers.  Fr. Frank Pavone, the national director of Priests for Life, has created a beautiful Pro-Life meditation on the mysteries of the Rosary.  By using this reflection for your rosary time, you can easily incorporate praying for the sanctity of life.

Prayer to End Abortion

Lord God, I thank you today for the gift of my life,
And for the lives of all my brothers and sisters.
I know there is nothing that destroys more life than abortion,
Yet I rejoice that you have conquered death
by the Resurrection of Your Son.
I am ready to do my part in ending abortion.
Today I commit myself
Never to be silent,
Never to be passive,
Never to be forgetful of the unborn.
I commit myself to be active in the pro-life movement,
And never to stop defending life
Until all my brothers and sisters are protected,
And our nation once again becomes
A nation with liberty and justice
Not just for some, but for all,
Through Christ our Lord. Amen!
