The “Pope Francis Minute” is Catholic Link’s animated series on the teachings of Pope Francis.   The events portrayed in the series are fictional events based on the wisdom of our Holy Father.

In this episode, Pope Francis is speaking to a young man who has just proposed to the girl that he loves and is looking for advice on a successful marriage. Anyone who has ever been in a serious long-term relationship knows that it takes a lot of work and sacrifice.  This episode is based on the advice that the Pope has shared with engaged and married couples.

Pope Francis has offered beautiful insight into the effort that is required to make a marriage successful.   After watching the video be sure to share it with those you know who are busy preparing for marriage.  It just might be the inspiration they need to put God at the center of their relationship.  If you are looking for additional resources, we suggest this helpful checklist for engaged couples.
