The Holy Spirit is the divine influencer who inspires us with the gifts to create and express ourselves. We recognize that it is becoming increasingly more difficult to know when AI is used in the creation of art and products. We want to provide you with a list of Catholic shops and artists committed to selling products made by humans, not AI. If you know of a business that should be added, please reach out. I am committed to working with real human artists rather than using AI-generated artwork for my Catholic toys. I deeply value the beauty of the arts and have great admiration for the gifts and talents of artists. Supporting Catholic artists is an important part of my mission, and I believe authentic artwork brings a unique depth, creativity, and spirituality to faith-based products.
In addition to collaborating with Catholic artists, I have personally created artwork for many of my products. Art has become a meaningful part of our family life, and my son, an aspiring young artist, has expressed interest in creating artwork for the company as well. Encouraging creativity and fostering artistic gifts within the next generation is something I find especially rewarding.
As a mother, this commitment is also personal. Last year, I purchased a saint book for my daughter and later discovered that its illustrations had been created using AI. I was disappointed by the experience, as I felt the artwork lacked the sense of sacredness and truthfulness that I seek in Catholic materials for my own children. While AI has many applications, I prefer artwork created by human hands and hearts, especially when it comes to sharing the beauty of the Catholic faith with young families.
