18 Excuses People Give For Not Praying

by Faith & Life, Funny, Prayer

How many times have we heard these from our friends? Or more, how many times have we used these same excuses ourselves when we are not actively praying? Have we really abandoned our relationship with the Lord for these types of reasons?

Whether we want to or not, each one of us (some more than others) are going to be identified with some of these 18 excuses. Pointing them out and understanding them more clearly, however, is a great first step towards improving. We hope that this list will be useful when trying to explain the importance of prayer as well as offer you an opportunity to do a brief examination of conscience on how you are integrating prayer into your daily life.

Don’t forget to vote for the excuses that you hear most frequently with the buttons to the left.
