Title: Catholic-Link YouTube Producer (short-form)

PRIMARY PURPOSE
The primary purpose of the Catholic-Link Volunteer YouTube Talent is to plan, create, and post content for YouTube on Catholic-Link’s YouTube account under the vision and mission of Catholic-Link (CL).

- Collaborate with Catholic-Link’s YouTube Directors for assignments and feedback
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Per the Catholic-Link YouTube Directors’ guidance, plan, write, film, edit, create descriptions, and post videos on the Catholic-Link.org YouTube Channel (at the Directors’ discretion, talent’s content may initially be posted on social media to test product quality)
- Post one short video (vertical) with negotiable regularity
PRIMARY RELATIONSHIPS
The Catholic-Link Volunteer YouTube Talent reports directly to the Directors of Catholic-Link YouTube (and/or the Director of Social Media). CL Volunteer YouTube Talent is also expected to relate and interact well with other CL Media staff and users on any of the CL platforms.
QUALIFICATIONS AND CHARACTERISTICS
A Catholic-Link Volunteer YouTube Talent should have the following qualifications and characteristics:
- Be a practicing Catholic in good standing and live a life of missionary discipleship
- Have an intimate knowledge of YouTube and the current trends in Social Media
- Have a facility to create video content for YouTube
- Be creative and entrepreneurial
