Your Guide To The National Eucharistic Revival Resources

by Adoration, Eucharist

On June 19, 2022, the Feast of Corpus Christi, the United States Council of Catholic Bishops will begin a three-year focus on the real presence of Christ in the Eucharist that is intended to be a National Eucharistic Revival! There will be many resources made available to help Catholics learn more about the Holy Eucharist and grow in devotion to this incredible gift of Christ. Bishop Cozzens, who is the head of the Committee for Evangelization and Catechesis, will offer a free course to help laypeople understand the document written by the USCCB, The Mystery of the Eucharist in the Life of the Church.

Welcome To The National Eucharistic Revival

Prayer for the National Eucharistic Revival

My God, I believe, I adore, I hope and I love You! I beg pardon for those who do not believe, nor adore, nor hope, nor love You.

Most Holy Trinity, Father, Son and Holy Spirit, I adore You profoundly. I offer You the most precious Body, Blood, Soul

and Divinity of Jesus Christ, present in all the tabernacles of the world in reparation for the outrages, sacrileges and indifference by which He is offended. And, through the infinite merits of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and

the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I beg of You the conversion of sinners.

Quotes for the National Eucharistic Revival

“What does Jesus Christ do in the Eucharist? It is God who, as our Savior, offers himself each day for us to his Father’s justice. If you are in difficulties and sorrows, he will comfort and relieve you. If you are sick, he will either cure you or give you strength to suffer so as to merit Heaven. If the devil, the world, and the flesh are making war upon you, he will give you the weapons with which to fight, to resist, and to win victory. If you are poor, he will enrich you with all sorts of riches for time and eternity. Let us open the door of his sacred and adorable Heart, and be wrapped about for an instant by the flames of his love, and we shall see what a God who loves us can do. O my God, who shall be able to comprehend?”

— St. John Vianney

“The Eucharist is the Sacrament of Love; It signifies Love, It produces love. The Eucharist is the consummation of the whole spiritual life.”

— St. Thomas Aquinas

“Holy Communion assures me that I will win the victory; and so it is. I fear the day when I do not receive Holy Communion. The bread of the Strong gives me all the strength I need to carry on my mission and to do whatever the Lord asks of me.”

– St. Faustina

“One of the most admirable effects of Holy Communion is to preserve the soul from sin, and to help those who fall through weakness to rise again. It is much more profitable, then, to approach this divine Sacrament with love, respect, and confidence, than to remain away through an excess of fear and scrupulosity.”

-St. Ignatius of Loyola
